Lexa is a Senior Salesforce Consultant at West Monroe Partners based in New York City. Before working at West Monroe, Lexa lived in Cape Town, South Africa and Mumbai, India for four years working at a social impact Salesforce consulting firm focusing in the international development space. Lexa graduated from Columbia University in 2014 with a degree in African History and Sustainable Development and currently resides in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.

While living in Cape Town, Lexa found her passion for all things outdoors and spends a lot of time finding creative ways to get outside in NYC. Most recently, she has started cycling around the city on her mountain bike from middle school, which, though not very stylish, has proven quite useful navigating bumpy city streets. She also loves dogs, learning how to care for her small collection of houseplants, and reading new novels.
