CEO's Communications department elevates CEO's mission, program model, impact, campaigns, and values at local and national levels. This team builds CEO's branding, provides marketing materials, leads external communications efforts, and aligns the organization's messaging framework.


Direct Services

CEO’s Direct Services department works directly with program participants through the facilitation of CEO’s evidence based program model that includes case management, job coaching & mentoring, transitional employment, job placement & retention services.


Employee Experience

CEO’s Employee Experience department is tasked with maximizing employee productivity and protecting the company from any issues that may arise within the workforce. HR responsibilities include compensation and benefits, recruitment, retention, DEI initiatives, and talent development.


Executive Operations

CEO’s Executive Operations team functions as the "Office of the CEO and Executive Team." The team provides administrative support for the Executive Team and leads organization-wide strategies. As CEO continues to grow, the Executive Operations team supports various organizational culture initiatives, including internal communications strategies.



CEO’s Finance department is dedicated to achieve the organization’s mission through overseeing fiscal operations such as providing proper oversight of all expenditures and revenue collections and delivering timely and accurate financial reporting. The Finance department comprises several units: Accounting, Budget, Grants, Payroll, and Risk Management.


Fund Development

CEO's Fund Development team is responsible for securing philanthropic revenue in support of our mission. This team raises funds through a combination of institutional, individual, corporate, and government sources.



CEO’s IT department is charged with establishing, monitoring and maintaining information technology systems and services.  IT roles can include computer programming, network administration, computer engineering, web development, and technical support.



CEO’s Legal department provides counseling on all legal, ethical, and corporate governance matters, is responsible for managing all legal disputes and complaints, and reviews policies and procedures for compliance with applicable law.



CEO’s Policy department leads the organization’s efforts to engage government officials across our states with the goal of increasing government investment in reentry employment services, addressing collateral consequences for individuals returning from incarceration, and generating revenue for CEO.


Program Admin/Support

CEO’s Program Administration/Support department  strives to support the effective & impactful delivery of CEO’s core model across our sites. This team serves as a collaborative, solution-oriented support system for Program Delivery to help elevate best practices, address challenges, and ensure high-quality programs across CEO’s sites.



CEO’s Sales department  leads the organization’s work to secure transitional work crew opportunities. This involves bringing on additional customers in new and diverse industries, as well as deepening our current relationships with partners to support a sustainable social enterprise.
