Nonprofit to use Blank Foundation grant to train, employ formerly incarcerated Westside residents

The Center for Employment Opportunities is expanding its workforce development program in two of Atlanta’s historic Westside neighborhoods in support of a $1.5M grant from the Arthur M. Blank Foundation.
