Thailia Elcock-Bowen

Thailia is the Deputy Director, Legal & Compliance with oversight over the Employee Relations team. The team is responsible for helping to maintain a safe and comfortable work environment where staff engage with each other in a professional and respectful manner.  The team responds to requests for reasonable accommodations, supports performance management and conducts internal investigations.

Prior to joining CEO, Thailia practiced law with a Public Defender organization.  Thailia holds a JD from Vermont Law School and a BA from Cornell University.
