Tenise Colon

Tenise Colon currently serves as the Regional Director for the Southern California region, at the Center for Employment Opportunities. There she supports leaders in Los Angeles, San Diego, Fresno and Riverside, CA. She is also an organizational strategist with over 20 years of leadership experience in workforce development, reentry services, and community-based programming. A Certified Person-Centered Thinking Trainer with experience ranging from youth harm reduction, disability services, and reentry. Tenise is recognized for her collaborative leadership, operational rigor, and commitment to building equitable systems that expand access to opportunity.
