Shih-Chang Lu joined Center for Employment Opportunities (“CEO”) in February 2023 as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer overseeing Accounting, Finance, Operations, and IT functions. He is also responsible for helping set the multi-year financial strategy for CEO and maximizing operational efficiency in support of CEO’s mission.

Prior to joining CEO, Shih-Chang served as the Chief Financial and Operations Officer at the New York Hall of Science. There he was responsible for all financial matters and oversaw the operations of a museum that welcomes over 400,000 visitors a year. He previously served as the Director of Finance at the Population Council, where he oversaw a budget of $100 million, as well as forecasting and financial analysis for the organization’s offices around the world. His career also includes a long list of private sector positions.

Shih-Chang is a resident of Queens, NY and holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
