Shawna Detmer

Shawna Detmer is a leader in policy and business development for the Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO)'s Investment and Power Building team, focusing on Oklahoma, Colorado, and Louisiana. She champions policy initiatives designed to dismantle barriers and secure greater state investment for the re-entry community.

Since joining CEO in 2022, Shawna has been instrumental in the organization’s growth. She previously served as the Site Director for CEO Tulsa, where she drove initiatives for economic mobility and fostered key partnerships with community organizations, philanthropic leaders, and state and local government entities. Her work has been crucial in expanding CEO's core program and social enterprise through high-impact partnerships across the private and public sectors. Shawna is deeply committed to ensuring those returning home from incarceration have every opportunity to succeed.
