With a career rooted in advocacy and a Master's in Counseling, Shantrice Bailey leads the Southern Region for the Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) with a focus on human potential. As one of the 2024 Top Managers of the Year, Shantrice oversees operations in Louisiana, Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee, driven by a person-centered approach and a deep belief in CEO’s mission of economic mobility.
