Pat Viklund

Pat Viklund is the Vice President of Program Advancement, leading a team responsible for national programming and supports that directly impact participants and staff. This includes advanced training and leadership development for participants, crucial barrier resolution such as housing, mental health services and benefits enrollment, as well as managing site operations and organizational project and change management. He joined CEO in 2011 as a Job Developer in Tulsa, assisting participants with connections to full-time jobs. Since then he has had several roles at CEO, including the Site Director of our Oklahoma City Office, overseeing training of all new staff and opening new CEO locations. Previously, Pat taught middle school language arts with Teach for America. He has a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Boston College.
