Emily Ray

Emily Ray currently serves as the Regional Vocational Director for CEO’s Mountain Plains region, where she is responsible for overseeing and leading the organization's vocational program delivery across our Oklahoma and Colorado sites. Emily joined CEO in 2018 and is based in the Oklahoma City office. Prior to her tenure with CEO, she spent ten years as an educator and college and career counselor within Oklahoma City Public Schools. Emily earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Human Development and Family Science, both from Oklahoma State University. As a native of Oklahoma City, her combined professional experiences in public education and the non-profit sector within her community have shaped her commitment to fostering opportunities, inclusivity, and belonging for all individuals. She is particularly motivated by the significant impact CEO has achieved within the re-entry community nationwide, and by the resilience and determination demonstrated daily by staff and program participants.
