DK Williams

DK Williams leads operations strategy and execution at CEO, which includes overseeing facilities management, real estate portfolio, and site safety compliance across 31+ offices.

Prior to joining CEO, DK led operational transformation at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeast Michigan, where he modernized infrastructure and managed the organization through comprehensive systems integration in its merger acquisition. His career spans strategic operations roles at Rocket, Bedrock Detroit, and Slalom, where he consistently delivered measurable efficiency improvements and strengthened cross-functional collaboration.

He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Michigan-Dearborn and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Liberty University. Beyond his professional work, DK is a proud father, husband, and community builder. He is a lead organizer for fatherhood initiatives across Metro Detroit, elected precinct delegate, and Regional Advisory Council member for Wayne Metro Community Action Agency.
