Dane Worthington

Dane Worthington is Senior Director of AI Strategy at the Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO), where he leads the design, piloting, and scaling of AI-enabled tools that advance workforce reentry outcomes and position CEO as a national leader in responsible AI innovation. He brings deep domain expertise in reentry and workforce systems, translating frontline realities into ethical, field-facing products, partnerships, and scalable solutions. Dane spent his first eight years at CEO building out the Economic Mobility unit where he oversaw all aspects of CEO’s upskilling programming resulting in thousands of participants gaining credentials, leading to better employment outcomes. He brings economic development experience to CEO from his prior roles, where he created Higher Education programs and published workforce policy recommendations. Dane holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
