My journey with Salesforce began in 2009, sparking a long-term passion for the "building blocks" of the ecosystem. I’ve spent over a decade mastering the art of technical execution—from intricate validation and sharing rules to the logic-driven world of Flows. I thrive on the "build work" that makes a system hum. To bridge the gap between technical depth and high-level executive strategy, I earned my PMP certification in 2015 and my MBA in 2022.
In 2023, I officially became a Certified Salesforce Administrator to formalize my years of hands-on experience, and I am currently pursuing advanced certifications to continue evolving my expertise.
