Cassady Schrock

Director, Supportive Services

Cassady Schrock is the Director of Supportive Services, leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of supportive services across CEO’s national footprint. Cassady joined CEO in 2019 and brings extensive experience in employee experience strategy, evaluation, and direct practice within workforce development and social services. Additionally, she has a strong background in advancing equitable systems that support justice-impacted, marginalized, and underserved populations through sustainable service delivery models.

Cassady holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminology from Eastern Michigan University.
