I consistently recommended and executed solutions that improved quality of service, crew efficiency, and equipment performance.

Previously, in leadership roles at Peloton Interactive, I managed inventory strategy and team performance initiatives that reduced stock discrepancies and strengthened morale through intentional coaching and team-building. At the United Federation of Teachers, I supervised administrative staff while developing HR policies and operational procedures that improved organizational effectiveness. My experience with the UAE Mission to the United Nations further refined my ability to streamline systems, coordinate multi-departmental functions, and maintain operational excellence in high-accountability environments. My foundation in operations began at Sephora, where I strengthened inventory controls and implemented systems that enhanced both internal efficiency and customer experience.
