Brad Reesman is the Director of Finance & Grants Management at CEO, where he leads the strategic alignment of fiscal oversight and mission-driven impact. Since joining the organization in 2022 as FP&A Director, Brad has been instrumental in bridging the gap between high-level financial planning and granular grant compliance. With over a decade of experience—including a significant tenure at Penn State Health—he specializes in grant budgeting, complex spend analysis, and forecasting.
A collaborative leader at heart, Brad works at the intersection of the Finance, Program, and Development teams. He is credited with developing the systems and internal controls—most notably a custom temporarily restricted net asset (TRNA) schedule—that ensure all funds are tracked and reported with total transparency. His work focuses on refining the strategies that support efficient, audit-ready grants management across a large, multifaceted organization.
Brad holds a BSBA in Finance from Bloomsburg University. Beyond the spreadsheets, he is a dedicated motivator who believes that financial clarity is the backbone of successful reentry services. To recharge, Brad heads outdoors with his family to enjoy camping, fishing, and hunting.
