Ashley Cheng

As the Senior Director, Culture and Engagement at CEO, Ashley works with her team to provide strategic support to employees from their first day and throughout their tenure at CEO, providing pathways for employees to grow in their careers at CEO and beyond while focused on employee engagement, learning, mobility, belonging, and retention to ensure all of CEO's employees feel respected and valued. Ashley joined CEO in 2018, and before joining, served in the nonprofit education sector.

Ashley was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, lived for many years in New York City, and now lives in Jersey City. She has a B.A. from New York University and an M.Ed from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
