Arlene Yang

Arlene Yang is Senior Counsel at Center for Employment Opportunities, based in its San Diego office. She is a legal and strategic partner to CEO’s leaders and teams across the organization, with a focus on employment law and litigation. Arlene joined CEO in 2023, after advising on and litigating employment, labor, and other matters as an attorney at law firms and federal agencies. She also has served as a board member and board president of a number of non-profit organizations. Arlene graduated with a J.D. from New York University School of Law and an S.B. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
