Alyssa Bradley is a dedicated reentry, workforce development, and policy and advocacy professional who is committed to making a positive impact on the individuals and communities she serves. She has been with Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) since 2018 and began as a Job Developer in the Albany, NY office, where she connected participants to employers in the community for permanent employment. Through strategic policy development and advocacy efforts, Alyssa works to create more inclusive and equitable systems that support the successful re-entry and long-term success of those who have been impacted by the justice system.
Prior to joining CEO, Alyssa was a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, she managed full-cycle recruiting - providing strategic staffing guidance to leadership, and overseeing the integration of new employees. Alyssa is an alumni of Suffolk University, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Political Science.
