Sierra Rigotti oversees the development of systems & workflows for the organization’s External Affairs teams (Fund Development, Communications, and Inclusive Hiring). Her work focuses on improving efficiency and collaboration to achieve higher year-over-year fundraising totals, a wider visibility and awareness of CEO nationwide, and a greater level of influence on the hiring landscape for justice-impacted individuals. Her team also includes the organization’s AmeriCorps VISTA program, where members spend a year in service with CEO to strengthen capacity and programmatic sustainability.

Sierra got her start in the social sector through two terms of service with AmeriCorps VISTA, and she joined CEO in 2016. She holds a B.A. from Allegheny College and an M.P.S. from The George Washington University as well as the Salesforce Associate certification. Outside of work, you can find her drawing, exploring a nearby park, or catching up on the news.
