Our Mission
The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) is dedicated to providing immediate, effective and comprehensive employment services to men and women with recent criminal convictions in New York. Our highly structured and tightly supervised programs help participants regain the skills and confidence needed for a successful transition to a stable, productive life.

CEO's vision is that anyone with a recent criminal history who wants to work has the preparation and support needed to find a job and to stay connected to the labor force.

The CEOCP's are principles that guide our expectations for our staff and our participants.
We work in Cooperation with Supervisor(s)
We listen actively, follow instructions, and keep our Supervisor(s) informed of our work progress
We ask our Supervisor (s) questions to understand our job tasks completely.
