Becoming a Participant
CEO helps men and women who are under New York State Parole Supervision in New York City, Albany County, Erie County and Westchester County. CEO also works with individuals under the supervision of the New York City Probation in Brooklyn. We also accept other formerly incarcerated people on a case by case basis including individuals under the supervision of Federal or New York City Probation.

It is easy to sign up!
You need to bring with you:
- A completed CEO Referral form
- A release form
- A government issued photo id, Social Security Card or birth certificate (if these are not available, we will help you get them)
In New York City, come for orientation any Friday at 8 am to CEO, 32 Broadway, 6th floor or call call 212 422 4430 for more information.

CEO and NYS Parole work together to help men and women who are coming home from incarceration with employment services. If you would like to make a referral to CEO for someone on your caseload, you should:
